Dear Diary,
It`s been a crazy month! The busiest ever or what?
Loooong days of non-stop teaching shifting from teaching English into teaching Greek and vice versa leave you scattered!
These kind of days tho make me want to reinvigorate my body and my spirit....
Easter Holidays are not that far BUT I`ll be busy busy busy working and putting, somehow, my pieces back to place for the forthcoming term...Seriously, who said that teachers enjoy holidays? The biggest lie ever...
Well, since no holidays are on schedule for the near future, how about reviving an one-day escape in Cambridge from the recent past?
A few weeks ago, I went to Cambridge! Just an hour away from London, it was a really sweet getaway from whatever seemed pretty mundane...
The city of Cambridge is
a university
city and the county town of Cambridgeshire, England but, it`s most widely known as the home of the University of Cambridge, founded in 1209 and consistently ranked one of the top five universities in the world.
It lies in East Anglia, on the River Cam, about 80 km north of London. It`s the second largest city in Cambridgeshire after Peterborough, and the 54th largest one in the United Kingdom.
There is archaeological evidence of settlement in the area during the Bronze Age and Roman times; under Viking rule, Cambridge became an important trading centre. Today, Cambridge is at the heart of the high-technology centre known as Silicon Fen. Its economic strengths lie in industries such as software and bioscience. Cambridge is also home to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, one of the largest biomedical research clusters in the world.

Sooner or later!
A big kiss,
